Kent Builder based in Dartford, Kent began their 2nd New Extension Project in Halstead, Sevenoaks, Kent this year on Monday the 5th March 2010 and aim to complete in thirteen weeks time on the 4th June 2010.
Scott Berry and his small team of highly recommended tradesmen at S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd started their new extension very uneventfully at the beginning of March with the weather being very kind to them after the dreadful winter that we have all experienced this winter.
Elliot and Jed had the gruelling task at the beginning of the week of moving all the plant to begin the new extension . all the way from no. 2 . right across the driveway to no. 3!!
By the end of the first week, S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd had excavated the foundations, poured the concrete, laid the footings and begun the face brickwork on their new double storey side extension, thus leaving themselves well on the way to completing on time and on budget yet again!
