Kent and London's Best Builder, S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd, completed week eight of their two storey side extension project in Hartley, Kent and they are still confident that they will complete within 15 weeks. Follow their progress as they endeavour to complete on time and on budget yet again .....
Scott Berry and his team began the week by completing the groundwork, digging out the foundations and pouring the concrete for the new porch. The new brickwork was toothed in and the roof pitched and made weather tight by the end of the week.
The client's are extremely pleased with the progress made and are amazed at how little having an extension built has disrupted their lives. Scott is very pleased with his team's progress, their attention to detail and their determined effort to keep the site clean, tidy and very, very orderly as this contributes greatly to the daily productivity.
Next week the exterior of the porch will be completed and Scott Berry and his team will begin the internal works on the ground floor.
