Week Four of S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd New Extension Project in Hartley, Kent |
Follow S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd weekly progress at the end of week four of their fifteen week home extension project in Hartley, Kent
Scott Berry and his team are well under way to completing their new two storey side extension in Hartley, Kent and feel competent that they will complete within the allotted 15 weeks.
Scott, Elliot and Jed began the week by completing the flat roof and then on Tuesday they fitted the Fascias and Soffits.
Wednesday and Thursday were spent covering the outer skin of the first floor chalet style in Shiplap Cladding.
The roof tiling was completed on Friday and Elliot cemented in the verge which, as can be seen in the photograph, he made and excellent job of!
The week finished as uneventfully as it started and Scott was pleased with the good progress that was made this week toward the completion of the project in eleven weeks time.
Next week the external works will be completed and the internal works begin.....
