Dartford Builder, S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd, began their new extension project on Tuesday the 16th February 2010 during a torrential downpour. The trenchwork was excavated by the end of Tuesday and the concrete foundations were poured on Wednesday. During the following day the team managed to get the footings in, despite the ongoing foul weather, and began building the extension in face brickwork. Scott Berry and his team finished the week on schedule even though the weather had been firmly set against them.
