Final week of S M Berry's twelve week home extension project in Bexley, Kent
S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd finished the last few bits of snagging this morning and then they cleared all the remaining rubbish.
All the plant was then cleared and the site was left clean and tidy ready for S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd clients, Mike & Lynn, to enjoy their new extension.

(think he's fast enough to join the team?!!) ...........

Scott Berry Building Contractors
Scott Berry and his team spent nearly 3 months with us building our side extension in the early part of summer 2009.
Never having had an extension built before and after all of the horror stories you hear we were a little nervous, but Scott's friendly manner and concise yet clear quote made us feel comfortable enough to give him the go ahead.
After spending the first day or two at home with the team it very quickly became apparent that we had made a very good decision.
Scott, Elliot and Jed are Punctual (to the point where I ended up using them as my 7.30 alarm call) friendly, accurate, professional, approachable and above all work to a very high standard.
We share a drive with elderly neighbours who were unavoidably inconvenienced on a few occasions with the numerous deliveries of materials and skips but even they made a point of commenting on how friendly they found Scott and how nothing was too much trouble when it came to shuffling cars and vans around.
Each day the site was left tidy and clean reducing the disruption to the household to a minimum.
Scott's working practice of only having one project at a time means he can give his full and undivided attention, it was clear that Scott was completely on top of all aspects of the project at all times.
The whole project was completed 4 days ahead of schedule (despite us adding a little to Scotts workload with a 2 nd soak-away and a change of mind on a dividing wall halfway through the build) and was completed exactly to the agreed budget.
We can honestly say that we would not hesitate to undertake another similar project if Scott were involved and we are happy to recommend him and his team unreservedly.
Even the dog misses them now!

Scott, Elliot and Jed have really enjoyed building this extension and working for Mike and Lynn because, not only have they supplied an abundance of tea, biscuits (Elliots been going through 2 packs a day!!) and bacon and egg sandwiches .... mmm, but they have been very appreciative of all the hard work that has been done.
Chester has been a wonderful friend and has given Scott, Elliot and Jed hours of amusement as they discuss his antics at the end of each day. He will be sorely missed, although Mike has given the team visiting rights and they still have their stories!
Mike has emailed Scott a letter of recommendation which has been posted on the site.
