• Do I need to have plans already?
  No, many of our previous customers were just considering what type of extension to have when they contacted us. We can discuss your ideas with you and recommend an architect to draw up plans for you.
  
  
  
• Do you only do extensions?
  No we do all General Building works. Including Loft Conversions, Conservatories, New Builds, Driveways, Decking, Patios, Garden walls, Kitchen Installations, Bathroom Installations, Plumbing, Electrics, Roofing, Guttering etc.
  
  
  
• Do I need planning permission for my extension?
  That depends if it comes under permitted development. Call us and we will happily discuss your plans with you.
  
  
  
• Do I need to arrange for Local Authority Building Inspectors to visit site?
  No, we will deal with this for you including ensuring final completion certificate.
  
  
  
• Do I need to arrange for other Tradesmen, eg: plumbers, electricians?
  No, we will deal with this for you including registering plumbing and electrical installations to the necessary bodies.
  
  
  
• How long will it take to complete my project?
  That depends upon the works required. Call us to discuss your project.
  
  
  
• Do you decorate the extension and can you fit kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, etc?
  Yes, we offer a service from plans to completion. We can go as far with the works as you require. This includes internal / external decorating, kitchen fitting, bathroom installation, tiling, flooring, driveways etc.
  
  
  
• Can I view any of your previous work?
  Yes, many of our customers would be only too pleased to be of service. See our letters of recommendation to find some contact numbers or email addresses. Written or verbal references are available upon request and If you wish to contact our clients to check our performance on their projects we will arrange a meeting or provide additional contact numbers.
  
  
  
• Will the price include scaffolding?
  Yes, any plant needed to execute the work will be included.
  
  
  
• Do you offer a Guarantee?
  Yes a guarantee can be offered through The Federation of Master Builders for a percentage of the total cost. However, because our business is built on recommendation and customer satisfaction we are always willing to return to remedy any problems and have done so on the few occasions when this has been necessary. Message: We had an extension by Scott and his two lovely lads. Wouldn't recommend anyone else but these guys. Always friendly, polite and easy to talk to - even took their shoes off when they came in!
